Gamespot have reported that:
Unreal Engine creator says Too Human developer is trying to steal its technology, asks judge to dismiss original suit.
The troubled development of Too Human was partially chronicled last month in a Silicon Knights lawsuit against Epic Games over a licensing agreement to use the latest Unreal Engine in the game. IGN.com report:
“Over on the 360, Map Pack #3 (which currently includes the Lost Technology, Ruins, and Ice Drop levels) will be made available for free on August 16, as well. In the next few weeks, a patch addressing connectivity concerns for 360 players will be arriving.”
Is it just me or are the DDP now realising that Free content (after so long since Microsoft is greedy) is the best way to attract more gamers into their games?

IGN.com report
“It looks like the Elite isn’t the only Xbox 360 console around with HDMI support. As reported on Engadget, Premium consoles have begun to appear on store shelves with an HDMI jack in the back. According to the report, consoles manufactured around July 4, 2007, or later have the upgrade. Previously, Premium consoles could only output with VGA, Component, S-Video and RCA cables. HDMI is widely considered the best available audio/video option.
A Microsoft representative confirmed the news to IGN today. “We are offering an HDMI port for Xbox 360 simply as another choice in Xbox 360 owners’ games and entertainment experience. Retailers are gradually introducing HDMI-enabled Xbox 360s into the channel to meet demand.”
